Pricing can vary depending on the type of service or evaluation. During the initial intake call, we provide the fees for all of the services we offer.

We do not interface directly with insurance providers but you can submit the superbill or invoice that we provide to you, for out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan. We have found some families choose to not share any information about services provided with their insurance provider, in order to respect their privacy or the privacy of their family member.
There are multiple steps and many hours involved in each evaluation. In addition to the face-to-face testing portion of our evaluation, time is spent on:
The total time involved in a typical evaluation can range from 12 to 18 hours. For complete transparency, we provide a flat fee to individuals, during our intake call. This fee is based on the type of evaluation or service upon scheduling.
