Kiyomi Cabrera is the Office Manager for Psychology 360 and the newest member of the practice. She comes to us with over ten years of experience in the hospitality industry with roles in sales, training and project management. She earned her undergraduate degree in sociology with honors from Arizona State University and is planning to attend graduate school to study clinical counseling.
Kiyomi considers herself a native San Diegan although she spent most of her childhood on various military bases across the country and in Japan. She loves to go on road trips and to literally “take the road” less travelled. Recently, she off-roaded through a mountain pass from Joshua Tree to Palm Springs, which didn’t make the drive shorter but it definitely made it more interesting!
While an undergraduate degree in sociology allows her to understand relationships and interactions on a macro level, Kiyomi looks forward to pursuing her graduate studies in psychology to understand both on a deeper, micro level. She would like to be able to work with individuals and families to have the best possible relationships and personal outcomes, and to pursue licensure as a marriage and family therapist.
