Dr. Donica Dohrenwend is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of California (PSY27969). She earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University (Santa Barbara, CA). Dr. Donica has both a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice (New York, NY) and a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University (New York, NY). Her psychology undergraduate degree is from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.
Dr. Donica enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. Most recently, she and her five children undertook a week-long safari exploring the African savannah! Dr. Donica also enjoys practicing yoga, sushi and live music.
Dr. Donica is the lead psychologist and owner of Psychology 360. She has more than fifteen years of graduate and postgraduate training in the fields of clinical psychology, forensic psychology and psychological & neuropsychological evaluation. Clinically, her focus is on evaluations and she takes a very collaborative approach during the evaluation process. The goal is not only to determine diagnosis, but also to identify strengths and challenges, and then connect the client with appropriate supports and interventions in the community.
Erika Bailey, Ed.M., a nationally certified School Psychologist, is Psychology 360’s Lead Clinician & Outreach Coordinator. She has a Master of Arts in Education in School Psychology and a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology: Schooling. She earned both master’s degrees at Teachers College, Columbia University. Erika’s undergraduate degree in Psychology is from the College of Charleston.
A native of South Carolina, California is now the 8th state that Erika has had the pleasure to live in! She really enjoys the San Diego weather and running on the beach. Erika also loves to travel and to spend time visiting friends and family whenever she can.
Erika has conducted research related to mindfulness and gratitude, and loves to incorporate these concepts into her personal and professional life! She is extremely passionate about psychoeducational assessment and helping students receive the support that they need to reach their highest learning potential.
Anna Schlueter is the Director of Operations & Clinical Coordinator for Psychology 360. After growing up in Pasadena, CA, she moved to the midwest to earn her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University in Columbus, OH. Anna continued her education at Alliant International University in San Diego and holds a Masters of Arts in Organizational Psychology.
Anna’s a Southern California native who loves cooking shows and napping on the beach. A lover of all things outdoors, Anna enjoys weekends on the lake in Big Bear and hiking with her dog. Her favorite past time is finding new coffee shops and breweries to try.
Anna brings a diverse skillset to the practice, with specialized training in organizational psychology, training and development, psychometry, and forensic psychology. Anna’s empathy and mix of clinical, organizational, and administrative knowledge make her a successful and engaged member of our team. She greatly enjoys helping parents navigate and understand the assessment process.
Susan Kroncke, Ed.D. is a Licensed Educational Psychologist and School Neuropsychologist. She earned a doctorate in Educational Psychology from U.S.I.U. (now Alliant), an Educational Specialist Degree in School Psychology, and a Master’s Degree in School Counseling and Guidance from Loma Linda University. She previously worked as a teacher, School Psychologist, Program Specialist and Director of Special Education in the public schools. She is currently an Adjunct University Professor instructing graduate students who aspire to become School Psychologists.
Susan is a native of Iowa who transplanted to California to attend college, and never returned to the cold weather. She loves to travel with her husband to Europe and parts unknown.
Susan enjoys working with students and is devoted to helping them reach their potential. She believes assessment is a critical tool to help understand each student’s unique needs and provide them with a meaningful educational experience.
Sarah Vakharia, Ed.S., LEP is a School Psychologist with Pupil Services credential and is a Licensed Educational Psychologist. She received her Master of Education and Educational Specialist degrees from the University of Cincinnati School Psychology graduate program. Sarah received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati. After receiving her graduate degree in 2006, Sarah worked in a variety of educational settings in Ohio before moving to California in 2016 with her family. She has been working as a Licensed Educational Psychologist in California since 2017, conducting psycho-educational evaluations for the public schools.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys running, yoga and spending time with her husband and two children exploring the outdoors! They enjoy biking, hiking and going to the beach.
Sarah has 15 years of experience in the educational field and is passionate about helping children. She has worked with children from preschool through 12th grade with a focus on linking psycho-educational assessment to effective research-based academic and behavioral supports. Sarah is excited to join the Psychology 360 team and is looking forward to helping children find the right supports to lead them to success in their educational career.
