Dr. Donica Dohrenwend is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of California (PSY27969). She earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University (Santa Barbara, CA). Dr. Donica has both a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice (New York, NY) and a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University (New York, NY). Her psychology undergraduate degree is from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.
Dr. Donica enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. Most recently, she and her five children undertook a week-long safari exploring the African savannah! Dr. Donica also enjoys practicing yoga, sushi and live music.
Dr. Donica is the lead psychologist and owner of Psychology 360. She has more than fifteen years of graduate and postgraduate training in the fields of clinical psychology, forensic psychology and psychological & neuropsychological evaluation. Clinically, her focus is on evaluations and she takes a very collaborative approach during the evaluation process. The goal is not only to determine diagnosis, but also to identify strengths and challenges, and then connect the client with appropriate supports and interventions in the community.
Tien Phan, PsyD is a licensed psychological assistant in the state of California (PSB94024028). She earned her master’s degree in psychology from Pepperdine University and her doctoral degree from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University. Her undergraduate degree is in psychology from the University of California- Davis.
Dr. Tien made the 7,746 mile journey from Vietnam to the California as a child and is very proud of her roots. She loves coffee and exploring the local coffee shop scene! When she’s not spending time outdoors or hiking, you may find her belting out her favorite karaoke tunes.
Dr. Tien has specialized training in neuropsychological, psychoeducational, psychological, and autism evaluations. She believes in continuous learning and growth and feels passionately about connecting children and parents with the help they need.
Susan Kroncke, Ed.D. is a Licensed Educational Psychologist and School Neuropsychologist. She earned a doctorate in Educational Psychology from U.S.I.U. (now Alliant), an Educational Specialist Degree in School Psychology, and a Master’s Degree in School Counseling and Guidance from Loma Linda University. She previously worked as a teacher, School Psychologist, Program Specialist and Director of Special Education in the public schools. She is currently an Adjunct University Professor instructing graduate students who aspire to become School Psychologists.
Susan is a native of Iowa who transplanted to California to attend college, and never returned to the cold weather. She loves to travel with her husband to Europe and parts unknown.
Susan enjoys working with students and is devoted to helping them reach their potential. She believes assessment is a critical tool to help understand each student’s unique needs and provide them with a meaningful educational experience.
Erika Bailey, Ed.M., is a nationally certified School Psychologist. She has a Master of Arts in Education in School Psychology and a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology: Schooling. She earned both master’s degrees at Teachers College, Columbia University. Erika’s undergraduate degree in Psychology is from the College of Charleston.
A native of South Carolina, California is now the 8th state that Erika has had the pleasure to live in! She really enjoys the San Diego weather and running on the beach. Erika also loves to travel and to spend time visiting friends and family whenever she can.
Erika has conducted research related to mindfulness and gratitude, and loves to incorporate these concepts into her personal and professional life! She is extremely passionate about psychoeducational assessment and helping students receive the support that they need to reach their highest learning potential.
Claire Stevens, Ed.M., is a School Psychologist with a Pupil Personnel Services credential and the newest member of our team. She received her Master’s of Arts in Education and School Psychology from Alliant International University in San Francisco, California. Claire received her Bachelor’s of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Minor in Psychology from Central Washington University.
Claire grew up in the Greater Seattle Area and lived in the Bay area before relocating to San Diego to start her family with her husband, who is a San Diego Native. Together they have two boys. Claire is also a singer-songwriter.
Claire worked for 9 years with students in general education programs before discovering her passion of working with children and adults with disabilities. She joins the Psychology 360 team with 5 years of School Psychology experience and 15 years of working with children and families all together. Claire is looking forward to connecting with families and children in order to determine the best ways to support them at at school.
Jana Grover, Ed.M., is a dual-credentialed Educational Psychologist with PPS credentials in School Psychology and School Counseling. She has a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from Azusa Pacific University, and an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Applied Developmental Psychology from University of California- Los Angeles.
Jana emigrated from the Czech Republic as a child and grew up in Southern California. She is trilingual and has studied in the US, Spain, and Czech Republic. With her 2 boys and husband, Jana lived in Upstate New York for 7 1/2 years and recently returned home to Orange County, CA, excitedly
joining our team!
Jana has a behavioral background in ABA/ DTT, a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy practitioner certification, 5 years of School Psychologist experience in two states, and 10+ years of various roles within PreK-12 public school, charter, and homeschooling/private sector. She enjoys the beach, “world-school” travel with her family, skiing, hiking, and Nutella! Jana loves advocating for families, and believes that with a personalized learning plan in place, every child has the ability to reach and surpass their academic and social-emotional potential.
Anna Schlueter is the Office Manager for Psychology 360. After growing up in Pasadena, CA, she moved to the midwest to earn her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University in Columbus, OH. Anna is currently working towards her Master’s of Arts in Organizational Psychology at Alliant International University.
Anna’s a Southern California native who loves cooking shows – and Guy Fieri in particular! Her love for cooking extended to naming her cats, Peppercorn Le Pew and Salami Susan. A lover of all things outdoors, Anna enjoys weekends on the lake in Big Bear and hiking with her dog. Her favorite past time is finding new coffee shops and breweries to try.
Anna brings a diverse skillset to the practice, with specialized training in ABA therapy, psychometry and forensics. Anna’s empathy and mix of clinical, organizational, and administrative knowledge make her a successful and engaged manager. She looks forward to helping parents navigate and understand the assessment process.
